Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via DPD or CTT Expresso with next-business-day delivery within mainland Portugal. Delays are possible, though rare—they are the carriers’ responsibility. We are always ready to assist in resolving any issues and minimize inconvenience.

If your order is placed before 3 pm, it will be dispatched the same day for next-business-day delivery (on business days).

For addresses outside Portugal, shipping costs vary by country. To see the exact price, proceed to checkout, enter your address, and view the calculated cost before payment. Across Europe, delivery usually takes 3–5 days.

Shipping to the Madeira and Azores islands is via CTT and may take up to 7 business days, at the same rate as mainland Portugal.
